She had held a position at Shell Oil in Shanghai. Her house was looted by the Red Guards in 1966; then a few weeks later she was put in solitary confinement in prison. Day of the Dead - led by Katherine Liu.
Our annual Day of the Dead service will be lead this year by our older Prairie youth. We will honor and remember those we have lost in our lives, and members of our Prairie community who have died. It is a time of sadness and celebration. Consider bringing a photo of a loved one or an object that represents them, and share a few words so we can all join in remembering.
