Honesty and kindness are crucial for all our relationships as they foster respect, trust, and authentic connections. Honesty allows for transparency and kindness preserves the person or group’s dignity, even when disagreements arise. So how do we keep honesty and kindness intact when emotions are high? Through self reflection and group discussion, we will define improved communication approaches. We plan to identify practices that promote honest and kind communication where all feel heard and valued.
